A: First, contact us to let us know which property you are interested in. We'll give you an opportunity to visit the property and ask any questions. Then, if you'd like to proceed with making an offer we can prepare a standard contract or you can use your own. After a deal is signed we work with local reputable attorney and title companies to close the transaction.

Q: Do you offer owner financing?

A: Yes, we do. For a full price offer, we typically require 10% down and 9.75% interest, with long-term repayment (e.g. 15-year level payment, or 10-year interest only with a balloon). If you are willing to put more down, we can negotiate a better interest rate, or a price discount.

Q: Is title insurance available?

A: Yes, title insurance is available.
